Our consultancy services offer you the benefit of our extensive experience of working with Local Authorities and schools across the country at each stage of SEAL implementation. We will share effective practice from around the country with you, innovative solutions to barriers, useful documentation and our wide knowledge of the strategy's SEAL materials, as well as other SEAL resources and sources of support, thus saving many hours of time spent reinventing the wheel.

The Accredited Certificate in the Emotional Aspects of Learning (SEAL)
Accredited by the University of Northampton at 60 Masters Level Credits. Aimed at teachers in primary, secondary and special schools settings, this 5 day (over 3 terms) course, aims to equip participants with the in depth understanding, knowledge and skills to effectively lead their own, and other schools and workplaces, in implementing, embedding and developing SEAL related learning.

fees and costs

Conference, consultancy and professional development:
Our fees vary according to the nature of the work undertaken, the number of hours or days involved, and the consultant undertaking the work.
No fees will be charged until we have discussed your needs and context with you, and a formal agreement of the nature, scope and time-scale of any work to be undertaken has been signed by ourselves and the client. Exact costs will be negotiated as part of this agreement, including any expenses that will need to be covered.
As a guide, our charges start at £600 per day for on-site consultancy work, and £750 per day (or £375 per half-day) for conference and training work. These figures will normally include liaison, preparation and travel time. Travel and accommodation expenses (where necessary) will be agreed in advance.
The Accredited Certificate in the Social and Emotional Aspects of Learning (SEAL)
The current cost for each participant is £550. This includes five contact days, all materials, and email and telephone support. If participants wish to benefit from the opportunity for accreditation, a charge of £150 per person will be made by the accrediting university. Alternatively, where a course is funded by the local authority, prices will be negotiated directy with you.
